We established Fior di Campo in 2013 with a precise objective: to produce extremely high quality pasta made from the best raw materials in respect of Italian tradition.
Our commitment, however, went beyond this, because we began producing “healthy pasta”, the only one that is certified and without mycotoxins. From its seeds to your table, our pasta is “safe”.
After years of study and research to select the best autochthonous grain and verify its quality, we created a product that is one of its kind, ethical and sustainable, suitable for everyone’s needs.
Our “mission” does not only include production: we want to spread the culture of eating well and healthily. In a word, Organic. This is why Fior di Campo is involved in food education, enhancing the Mediterranean diet and local products, promoting the spreading of good eating habits even through projects for Schools and Local Administrations. Educating children to eat healthy food that comes from national Organic Farming becomes essential for protecting not only our health but also our environment.
